Overview
Lead photographer videographer to showcase autonomous welding across diverse settings. Own full production pipeline from scouting to delivery while collaborating with Head of Marketing and designers. This role blends technical expertise with creative storytelling to define Path`s visual identity.
What You'll Do11
- 1Capture high-quality imagery for product people customer and environment content
- 2Lead shoots at events customer sites and company initiatives managing logistics and execution
- 3Edit color grade and mix audio for web print and social platforms
- 4Produce short-form cuts reels gifs and vertical variants from source footage
- 5Develop motion graphics lower thirds and light vfx for narrative storytelling
- 6Deliver post-event highlight videos and curated photo sets for press web and social
- 7Maintain organized media library manage backups archival and version control
- 8Set visual narrative direction recommend future shooting topics
- 9Scale brand stewardship and creative direction across marketing efforts
- 10Work safely in active manufacturing environments following safety protocols
- 11Travel for trade shows customer visits and field installations
Requirements11
- 15+ years shooting and editing professionally in marketing agency or in-house roles
- 2Strong command of Premiere Pro Final Cut DaVinci Resolve Lumetri and After Effects
- 3Solid camera and lighting fundamentals including low-light factory cell exposure
- 4Audio capture competence with lav and shotgun mic setups for interviews
- 5Ability to operate independently scoping and shipping shoots with minimal oversight
- 6Willingness to work in active manufacturing environments
- 7Experience with industrial manufacturing or technical subject matter preferred
- 8Drone operation and current Part 107 certification a plus
- 9Multi-cam or live event production experience beneficial
- 10Familiarity with brand systems and visual standards
- 11Track record of running shoots as lead setting plans and making on-site decisions
