What You'll Do9
- 1Greet walk‑in and phone guests with warmth and follow Sweet Steps of Service
- 2Maintain product knowledge to educate guests on cakes and merchandise
- 3Suggest complementary items such as balloons and cards
- 4Process orders using the point‑of‑sale system and invite guests to the Email Club
- 5Keep the bakery area clean and organized
- 6Restock retail displays and assist the Crafter with cake preparations
- 7Follow health and safety guidelines and adhere to dress code
- 8Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance
- 9Support the Crafter during peak periods
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card certification
- 3Age 16 or older
- 4Flexibility to work two or more evening shifts
- 5Ability to work 15‑30 hours weekly Monday‑Sunday
