What You'll Do9
- 1Model and coach associates to deliver the ultimate consumer experience through customer service sales merchandising and store operations
- 2Suggest trend-driven looks aligned with consumer needs and promote the Levi's omni experience via the Red Tab Loyalty program
- 3Resolve customer concerns while maintaining policy compliance and ensuring satisfaction
- 4Partner with management to address elevated consumer issues and uphold store standards
- 5Handle cash transactions and manage inventory processes including shipments floor set markdown and replenishment
- 6Perform all store procedures in accordance with Levi's policies and procedures
- 7Maintain physical readiness to lift 40 pounds and stand walk kneel squat bend reach overhead and climb ladders
- 8Utilize reliable transportation and meet flexible scheduling requirements including evenings weekends and holidays
- 9Embrace a proactive mindset to support team performance and drive results
