What You'll Do8
- 1Deliver results while prioritizing the customer and applying an omni‑channel mindset
- 2Build relationships with customers team members and business partners
- 3Act as a Rhone product knowledge expert educating shoppers on features and benefits
- 4Assess individual customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations
- 5Support selling floor operations including fitting rooms and point of sale
- 6Assist with replenishment visual standards and other operational tasks
- 7Take initiative by joining tasks asking questions and sharing ideas
- 8Demonstrate inclusive behavior across the team and with customers
Requirements8
- 1Willing to work flexible evenings weekends and holidays
- 2Available for a minimum of two four‑hour shifts weekly
- 3Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality
