What You'll Do11
- 1Greet and assist customers promptly by acknowledging shoppers immediately and handling multiple requests efficiently
- 2Understand and meet customer needs through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- 3Promote store events and promotions to boost engagement and sales
- 4Resolve customer concerns using product expertise to convert returns into exchanges
- 5Communicate operational updates to management regarding inventory and service quality
- 6Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store and company objectives
- 7Operate cash registers and manage merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs
- 8Frequently ascend ladders to retrieve and restock items at heights of 5-10 feet
- 9Position yourself to kneel bend and stoop for stockroom tasks
- 10Maintain accurate communication via phone face-to-face and written instructions
- 11Work flexible hours including evenings weekends and occasional overnight shifts
Requirements7
