Overview
Part-Time Retail Store Specialist at Saf-Gard Safety Shoe Co in Lewisville, TX. You will own the customer experience in a new store, helping industrial clients select safety footwear. Work 25-30 hours per week, no nights, and support store operations from merchandising to sales. This brand-new location offers room to grow your retail and administrative skills.
What You'll Do7
- 1Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service that guides customers to the right safety shoes.
- 2Learn each product line and explain its benefits to match customer needs.
- 3Maintain a clean store, fully stocked displays, and updated marketing materials.
- 4Merchandise incoming shipments and keep the showroom organized.
- 5Process sales transactions and access customer sales history and rules in Navision.
- 6Generate local business through phone calls and targeted marketing.
- 7Support store sales growth and cross-train in administrative duties like communications and supply orders.
Requirements4
- 112+ months in retail sales with a track record of excellent customer service.
- 2Demonstrated handling of cash and credit transactions.
- 3Ability to learn and use the Navision operating system.
- 4Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
