What You'll Do11
- 1Provide timely professional service to internal and external customers handling requests
- 2Assist patrons with technical assistance database retrieval and research
- 3Organize and maintain assigned areas including audio visual makerspace and recording studio

Requirements5
- 1Knowledge of basic operational technical processes equivalent to four years high school
- 2One year technology related customer service experience
- 3Work knowledge skills plus some college coursework preferred
- 4Ability to maintain inventory software and troubleshoot equipment
- 5Flexibility for weekday availability and Saturday shifts
