Requirements11
- 15+ years supporting parents of students with disabilities
- 2Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution
- 3Bilingual English-Spanish proficiency
- 4Familiarity with federal and Illinois special education laws
- 5Experience implementing OSD processes and procedures
- 6Ability to build trusting relationships with families
- 7Knowledge of CPS data management systems
- 8Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
- 9Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- 10Understanding of conflict resolution techniques
