Design and execute clinical packaging processes in a clean room setting. Ensure compliance with SOPs and maintain high quality standards. Contribute to efficient production of pharmaceuticals.
What You'll Do11
- 1Review batch paperwork and written instructions to fully understand packaging procedures for clinical studies
- 2Package and label syringes bottles boxes and cases according to defined protocols
- 3Clean packaging rooms and machinery to maintain cleanroom environment and safety requirements
- 4Perform manual and automated filling and packaging of bottled pharmaceutical products independently
- 5Apply labels and ensure proper drug placement using sealing and packaging machinery
- 6Organize and assemble clinical supplies with accurate label placement
- 7Accurately count and prepare packages for clinical use
- 8Perform final checks on work in-process and finished products for accuracy and quality
- 9Assist in staging components for production runs and reconcile components after packaging
- 10Support warehouse and production activities related to packing manufacturing packaging and inventory
- 11Use RF scanners to track materials inventory or orders in manufacturing environment
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2Strong attention to detail to prevent labeling errors
- 3Ability to work in cold room environment 35°F to 46°F
- 4Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed
- 5Clear handwriting for production documentation
- 6Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or clinical packaging preferred
- 7Basic understanding of production packing and material handling
- 8Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience valued
- 9Familiarity with RF scanners or inventory management systems
- 10Reliability and ability to meet production targets
- 11Experience in fast-paced production environments
Salary Insight
$37 - $40k per year
