What You'll Do7
- 1Greet guests warmly and provide attentive friendly service throughout their visit during overnight shifts
- 2Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS ensuring timely delivery
- 3Assist with food preparation bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness to uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- 4Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision including OpenTable reservations and upselling opportunities
- 5Support guest relations by addressing inquiries resolving issues promptly and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- 6Uphold food handling protocols and sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff
- 7Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food timing and quality for fine dining or nightclub settings
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in hospitality
- 3Proficient in POS systems including Aloha POS Micros POS and OpenTable reservation platforms
- 4Strong culinary experience or background in food service environments such as fine dining or nightclubs
- 5Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during overnight hours
- 6Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and sales revenue
- 7Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- 8Knowledge of food safety standards sanitation procedures and proper food handling techniques
- 9Previous experience in serving bussing or hosthostess roles within the food industry is highly desirable
- 10Basic math skills for cash handling cashiering and order accuracy
