Overview
Order Picker responsibilities to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment in a fast paced warehouse setting. Work with inventory, packing, and shipping to support customer satisfaction. Collaborate with loading teams and inventory control, while gaining exposure to warehouse systems and safety protocols. This role offers hands on training and clear growth paths within shipping, logistics and other warehouse functions.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build accurate order picks from pick lists and packing slips to ensure on time shipment
- 2Restock inventory and organize storage locations to optimize picking efficiency
- 3Assist with loading and unloading shipments and preparing shipment documentation
- 4Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials
- 5Use RF scanners and JDE to locate inventory and update order information
- 6Follow HAZMAT shipping procedures when handling regulated materials
- 7Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and identifying discrepancies
- 8Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- 9Collaborate with shipping team to learn products, processes, and warehouse operations
- 10Contribute to process improvements to reduce errors and improve throughput
Requirements10
- 1Experience with order picking, pulling, packing, or warehouse operations
- 2At least 1 year of experience using Excel for data entry, tracking, or reporting
- 3Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
- 4Experience using, or willingness to learn, RF scanners
- 5Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory management systems such as JDE
- 6Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- 7Effective communication and teamwork skills
- 8Ability to remain active throughout the shift, including standing, walking, and moving materials
- 9Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to changing priorities
- 10Onsite, Bloomington MN location with a Monday through Friday schedule
Salary Insight
$42 - $46k per year
