Oracle ODI Developer, Oracle Fusion & Data Integration
Overview
You will build and maintain the data integration layer for the Supplier Portal phase-two rollout and EDI re-architecture at Nava Software Solutions. This is a 12-month hybrid contract in Dallas, Texas, where you will develop Oracle ODI mappings, packages, and load plans to move supplier and transactional data between EDI/B2B gateways, staging, and Oracle Fusion SCM. You will support data conversion for supplier onboarding, working closely with a team of integration engineers and business analysts. What You'll Do8
- 1Design and implement Oracle ODI mappings and packages to integrate supplier data from EDI/B2B gateways into Oracle Fusion SCM staging tables.
- 2Build load plans that orchestrate daily data movement, handling error recovery and restartability for supplier transactions.
- 3Develop data conversion routines for supplier onboarding, mapping legacy formats to Oracle Fusion data models.
- 4Own the performance tuning of ODI interfaces and SQL queries to meet SLAs for batch processing windows.
- 5Collaborate with EDI analysts to map transactional documents (e.g., PO, ASN, Invoice) to integration workflows.
- 6Debug and resolve data integration issues in Oracle ODI and Oracle Fusion environments, providing root cause analysis.
- 7Document data mappings and operational runbooks to enable team knowledge transfer and maintainability.
- 8Support go-live and post-go-live activities, including data validation and integration sign-off with business stakeholders.
Requirements8
- 15+ years developing data integrations with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) in enterprise environments.
- 2Strong experience with Oracle Fusion SCM data models and APIs for supplier and procurement data.
- 33+ years working with EDI formats such as X12 (850, 855, 856, 810) and B2B gateway integration.
- 4Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
- 5Experience with Oracle Database performance tuning, including indexing and query optimization.
- 6Ability to design and implement error-handling and recovery strategies in ODI load plans.
- 7Familiarity with Agile delivery and working in a hybrid onshore/offshore team model.
- 8Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
