Oracle Integration Cloud Architect, OIC SME & Data Management Lead
Overview
Oracle Integrated Cloud (OIC) Architect and SME to lead enterprise data management implementations including PowerCenter across government programs. You will partner with cross functional teams to shape strategy, design scalable infrastructure, and drive modernization efforts at scale. You will work from Credence offices in Tysons Corner, McLean, VA and Dayton, OH with onboarding planned September 2026. This role combines hands on design and leadership to deliver mission critical cloud solutions with strong governance and security considerations.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead the managed services team to design, code, test, and deploy IaC scripts and Python tooling
- 2Interface with clients to build trusted relationships and gather requirements across organizational levels
- 3Assess hosting environment risks and drive knowledge transfer to the team
- 4Establish development tools, guidelines, and conventions for scripting in Shell and Windows PowerShell
- 5Design, code, and test infrastructure solutions and monitor their performance in the OCI environment
- 6Maintain and improve existing scripts, applying bug fixes and enhancements
- 7Develop technical specifications, test plans, and documentation for new deployments
- 8Collaborate with other software teams to meet their infrastructure requirements and ensure seamless integration
- 9Create monitoring strategies and instrumentation for OCI infrastructure to support reliability and security
- 10Present technical solutions to partners and customers in clear, business friendly terms
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2Minimum 10+ years of software infrastructure development and management experience
- 3Agile development experience, preferably with Scrum
- 4Strong design and development skills for scalable, efficient solutions
- 5Experience with Cloud infrastructure as a service (IaaS), OCI specifically for at least 2 years
- 6Experience designing new systems and improving existing ones
- 7Problem solving skills for outages and critical systems
- 8Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in a client-facing context
- 9Ability to learn new technologies quickly and perform product evaluations
- 10Active security clearance eligibility; active Secret clearance preferred and security certifications such as Security+ are desirable

$150 - $180k per year
