- 1Lead or support implementation and optimization of Cerner Patient Accounting solutions
- 2Configure and maintain system components such as charge services and billing rules

- 4Collaborate with revenue cycle teams to improve claims management denials and appeals
- 5Analyze current workflows and recommend system and process improvements
- 6Support system upgrades testing cycles and go-live activities
- 7Troubleshoot billing claims and reimbursement issues
- 8Develop and maintain documentation build specs and training materials
- 9Provide end-user training and post-go-live support
- 10Ensure compliance with regulatory and payer requirements

Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare IT Finance or related field with 3-7+ years experience
- 2Hands-on experience with Cerner tools like RevElate or PowerChart
- 3Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations
- 4Experience with system configuration testing and support
- 5Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- 6Certifications in Cerner or Oracle Health preferred
- 7Experience with Soarian Financials if applicable
- 8Knowledge of HL7 interfaces and downstream billing integrations
- 9Familiarity with SQL reporting tools or data analysis
- 10Consulting background or client-facing experience
