What You'll Do11
- 1Set up operate maintain and troubleshoot production equipment and systems
- 2Coordinate and monitor production workflow to meet schedules and quality standards
- 3Review work orders allocate resources and support daily production activities
- 4Move pack sort and handle raw materials and finished goods according to procedures
- 5Monitor product quality identify defects and implement corrective actions
- 6Maintain accurate production and quality documentation for compliance and analysis
- 7Serve as subject matter resource providing guidance on manufacturing processes
- 8Train and certify associates following SOPs and track training progress
- 9Provide real-time coaching on defect identification inspection techniques and process controls
- 10Analyze production data and support cost estimates and process investigations
- 11Assist with testing validation and implementation of new products processes and systems
Requirements7
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent fluency in English
- 2Technical degree or certification in engineering science information technology or related field
- 3Prior manufacturing or production experience
- 4Strong troubleshooting problem solving and analytical skills
- 5Knowledge of GMP GxP or other regulated manufacturing environments
- 6Experience developing training programs in manufacturing settings
- 7Ability to lead mentor coach and develop employees in production environment
