Operations Specialist Lime Shared Micromobility
Overview
Lime seeks Operations Specialists to support daily operations deploying and retrieving electric vehicles in Los Angeles. You will interact with the local community maintain service level agreements address city requests and participate in Lime events. This role involves diverse responsibilities and offers unique opportunities.
What You'll Do11
- 1Safely operate a van to deploy and retrieve electric vehicles
- 2Interact with the local community to resolve minor issues
- 3Address city requests regarding stickers reflectors and other matters
- 4Maintain communication with peers shift leads and managers
- 5Participate in Lime events providing valet support and safety reviews
- 6Support battery management through documentation and quality checks
- 7Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles including brake adjustments and tire inflation
- 8Assist with scooter rotation and warehouse flow support
- 9Monitor designated zones through on-foot patrols for parking compliance
- 10Detect and report unusual on-the-ground service and product situations
- 11Occasionally assist customers in the field with vehicle support
Requirements11
- 1At least 21 years of age with a valid driver license
- 2Knowledge of local geography
- 3Ability to drive large vans and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- 4Capacity to lift up to 65lbs frequently
- 5Experience with cell phone applications
- 6iOS experience preferred
- 7Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- 8Strong problem solving skills for quick repairs
- 9Self motivated independent work style
- 10Excellent communication skills
- 11Safety oriented mindset with rigorous quality checks
