What You'll Do11
- 1Process all incoming and outgoing packages including curbside pickups and online orders
- 2Perform prompt stock checks and maintain an organized stockroom
- 3Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience
- 4Assist with salesfloor preparation and product display maintenance
- 5Greet customers warmly and handle transactions while involving management when necessary
- 6Enforce safety protocols and loss prevention measures
- 7Drive sales through product expertise and creative customer interactions
- 8Communicate promotions and loyalty programs to shoppers
- 9Promote brand values via engaging demonstrations and activities
- 10Manage POS and inventory systems to ensure accurate transactions
- 11Collaborate with leadership to hold teams accountable for profitability
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 25+ years experience with AWS Certified solutions
- 3Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- 4Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- 5Proven retail background with preference for candidates who can demonstrate creative problem solving
