- 5Assist management in evaluating equipment software workflow improvements and staffing needs
- 6Collaborate with Video Department Manager Studio Resources Manager and Director of Studio Operations to analyze post-production metrics
- 7Develop long-term solutions to meet growing post-production demands
- 8Establish collaborative environment encouraging communication feedback and continuous improvement
- 9Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate and recommend workflow enhancements
- 10Coordinate rush assignments to meet tight deadlines
Requirements11
- 17 years radio television film production experience with High School Diploma or GED
- 23 years radio television film production experience with Bachelor's degree
- 3Proficiency Adobe Creative Cloud Premiere Pro Media Encoder
- 4Strong knowledge video editing workflows quality assurance media management and draft delivery standards
- 5Experience managing multiple projects balancing priorities and deadlines
- 6Knowledge collaboration project management tools Trello Basecamp Box Microsoft Teams Zoom
- 7Understanding media asset management archival backup and file organization workflows
- 8Relevant education and experience may be substituted
- 9At least 3 years video editing post-production specialist experience
- 10Managing training mentoring video editors or production staff
- 11Supporting high-volume production operations
