Onboarding Specialist, Behavior Technician Programs & Centria Healthcare
Overview
Build and own the end-to-end onboarding process for Behavior Technician personnel at Centria Healthcare across hybrid in-office schedules. Lead candidate intake, training enrollment, and progress tracking within CareConnect and the HRIS platform. Deliver a positive customer service experience to internal stakeholders and maintain accurate staff files. This role blends operations, compliance, and client-facing communication to ensure a smooth onboarding journey.
What You'll Do10
- 1Onboard Behavior Technician candidates by managing applications, pre-hire requirements, and records in CareConnect and the HRIS platform
- 2Communicate regulations, policies, and procedures to Clinical and Field Staff as needed
- 3Engage candidates, set schedules and expectations, enroll in required courses, and track activity completion
- 4Monitor daily onboarding progress and escalate concerns to the appropriate party
- 5Partner with Recruiting and Operations on candidate and team member transitions
- 6Create internal and external accounts as needed
- 7Serve as a resource for team members regarding Centria guidelines and payor requirements
- 8Respond to inquiries within 24 hours and maintain high customer satisfaction
- 9Ensure compliance with Centria Code of Conduct, policies, and applicable laws
- 10Support ongoing data entry and documentation accuracy
Requirements10
- 1Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 21+ years administrative or customer service experience
- 3Data entry experience preferred
- 4Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Suite and G Suite
- 5Ability to follow written instructions and communicate clearly
- 6Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- 7Proven ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- 8Willingness to work a hybrid schedule with in-office days Tuesday and Thursday
- 9Comfort with reporting and analyzing onboarding progress and metrics
- 10Strong attention to detail and accuracy
