What You'll Do7
- 1Assess patients’ physical cognitive and psychosocial abilities to determine therapy needs.
- 2Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using exercises adaptive techniques and assistive devices to improve functional abilities.
- 3Teach patients and family members about home safety adaptive equipment and strategies to manage daily activities effectively.
- 4Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress treatment plans and modifications for compliance and regulatory standards.
- 5Monitor patients progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet changing needs.
- 6Utilize outcome-based measures to assess the effectiveness of therapy interventions.
- 7Collaborate and communicate patient’s change in condition with physicians nurses physical therapists speech therapists and other home health team members.
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Active registered OT license in the state which you practice
- 3Current CPR/BLS Certification
- 4One-year Occupational Therapy experience in a clinical setting
- 5Current Drivers License
- 6Comply with federal state and local laws and regulations
