What You'll Do11
- 1Deliver comprehensive patient care including ADLs vital signs I&O EKGs documentation ambulation and wound care
- 2Collect specimens transport patients and assist with daily living activities
- 3Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- 4Perform basic laboratory tasks and adhere to infection control protocols
- 5Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain up-to-date competencies
- 6Follow established policies regarding dress code attendance and professional conduct
- 7Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless patient transitions
- 8Support healthcare providers during procedures and physical examinations
- 9Apply binders and perform weight assessments as needed
- 10Assist with colostomy care and manage urinary drainage devices
- 11Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2BLS certification obtained within 6 months of hire
- 3High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 4Previous patient care experience preferred
- 5Ability to pass EKG training program
- 6Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 7Excellent teamwork and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- 8Proficiency with computer systems and office equipment
- 9Ability to rapidly assess and respond to patient needs
- 10Resilience for high-stress situations with frequent interruptions
- 11Commitment to continuous professional growth
