Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Men's Health Clinic
Overview
Deliver concierge-level men's health care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at Gameday Men's Health in Green Hills, Nashville. You'll own patient evaluations, treatment plans, and on-site lab operations for hormone optimization, ED therapies, TRT, and peptide programs. Work alongside a Medical Director and a motivated team in a high-end, patient-focused clinic with 15-minute testosterone results. This part-time role offers a clear path to full-time and clinical leadership across future Nashville locations. You'll build long-term relationships with motivated patients and see tangible improvements in their quality of life.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build personalized care plans after evaluating each patient, with the Medical Director's oversight.
- 2Administer HRT, including testosterone and adjunct therapies, and document patient responses.
- 3Deliver ED treatments, including Gainwave®, P-Shot®, Trimix, and prescription options.
- 4Oversee weight loss, peptide therapy, and vitamin therapy programs, adjusting plans as needed.
- 5Perform IM and PRP injections, ensuring sterile technique and patient comfort.
- 6Manage on-site lab operations, including QC, calibration, and timely reporting of results.
- 7Lead clinic culture by collaborating with Medical Assistants, Admin, and leadership to drive growth.
- 8Represent the brand at golf tournaments, sports events, and health fairs to build community relationships.
- 9Resolve patient or staff concerns with professionalism, keeping care personal and efficient.
Requirements7
- 1NP or PA degree from an accredited institution and active Tennessee license.
- 21+ years clinical experience, with interest in men's health, hormones, or wellness.
- 3Proficiency with electronic health records and basic lab equipment.
- 4Strong communication and a warm, confident bedside manner.
- 5Organized with attention to detail and follow-through on patient plans.
- 6Comfortable in a cash-pay, relationship-driven environment.
- 7Self-motivated and growth-minded, with a passion for proactive medicine.
