Ninja Obstacle Course Coach & Instructor
Overview
You will coach kids through obstacle course racing at Ultimate Ninjas North Shore in Glenview, Illinois. You will own the safety, encouragement, and customer service for each class. You will join a team of high school and college-age athletes who support each other and our community. You will train on the job and gain free access to adult open gym and ULTIFIT conditioning.
What You'll Do7
- 1Encourage athletes to complete obstacle courses with positive reinforcement and high energy.
- 2Monitor gym floor to enforce safety protocols and prevent injuries.
- 3Greet parents and athletes, answer questions, and ensure a fun experience.
- 4Set up and break down obstacle course equipment for classes and open gym.
- 5Assist in running birthday parties and group events by leading activities.
- 6Provide feedback to athletes on technique and progress during sessions.
- 7Maintain a clean and organized gym environment.
Requirements6
- 1Must be at least 16 years old and available for part-time shifts.
- 2No prior coaching experience required; we train you in Obstacle Course Racing techniques.
- 3Communicate clearly with kids, parents, and team members.
- 4Follow all safety protocols and gym policies.
- 5Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- 6Pass a background check prior to hire.
