Overview
The NFR Framework Policies Professional leads review and reissuance of global and NFR Framework policies while collaborating with regional teams and technology partners. This role drives policy content ownership and ensures consistent governance standards across the organization.
What You'll Do8
- 1Assist with review approval and reissuance of global and NFR Framework policies
- 2Coordinate annual policy planning with regional/divisional teams
- 3Support production of monthly Non-Financial Risk Policy Bulletin
- 4Advise policy teams on content and governance matters
- 5Maintain framework documents including LCD Policy Framework and Procedures
- 6Work with Mumbai team and regional policy teams to standardize management practices
- 7Provide guidance on policy documentation and internal procedures
- 8Other tasks as needed
Requirements10
- 1Undergraduate degree with 3+ years professional experience
- 2Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- 3Strong organizational skills for multi-project environments
- 4Ability to collaborate globally with legal and compliance teams
- 5Creative problem solving and learning agility
- 6Proficiency in Microsoft Word PowerPoint Excel
- 7Experience with policy drafting and management processes
- 8Project management background preferred
- 9Offshore team collaboration experience
- 10Comfort with technology systems without programming requirements
