Overview
We're looking for a Netherlands Domestic Tax Specialist to help train and refine AI models that answer Dutch tax questions. You'll apply your deep knowledge of Dutch tax law to assess model outputs, fix inaccuracies, and provide clear reasoning that improves how AI handles complex tax scenarios. What You'll Do7
- 1Tackle challenging questions about Dutch domestic tax law, drawing on legislation, case law, and official guidance.
- 2Check AI-written tax responses for legal correctness and completeness, then correct or clarify where they fall short.
- 3Provide clear, structured explanations for corrections so the AI can learn the right reasoning.
- 4Work on both personal and corporate tax cases, evaluating the logic behind each answer.
- 5Flag situations where tax guidance is ambiguous, conflicting, or just not enough to give a solid answer.
- 6Follow the project's rubric and quality standards consistently across every review.
- 7Join calibration and feedback sessions to align with the team and keep evaluations consistent.
Requirements9
- 1At least five years of hands-on experience advising on Dutch domestic taxation.
- 2Background in a Big Four firm, tax advisory practice, law firm, corporate tax department, or the Belastingdienst is strongly preferred.
- 3Solid grasp of Dutch income tax, corporate tax, VAT, and related domestic legislation.
- 4Ability to interpret and apply Dutch statutes, regulations, and official guidance in practical scenarios.
- 5Strong analytical and written communication skills, comfortable with detailed legal and tax reasoning.
- 6Native or professional-level Dutch; solid English proficiency is a plus.
- 7Professional registration as a Dutch tax adviser (NOB, RB, or equivalent) is a plus.
- 8A master's degree in tax law, fiscal economics, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- 9Experience with complex tax controversies, planning, or auditing AI/LLM evaluation projects is an advantage.
