.NET Full Stack Engineer, C# / Angular
Overview
You will own the design and delivery of full-stack features across the .NET platform, shaping frontend and backend for enterprise clients. Your stack spans C#, ASP.NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server, deployed through Azure DevOps pipelines. You will join a hybrid team of 8 engineers, collaborating daily in Atlanta or another hub. You will design REST APIs, tune database queries, and build CI/CD flows. This contract role offers direct impact on production systems from day one.
What You'll Do8
- 1Build full-stack features using C#, ASP.NET Core, and Angular 18+, from API design to UI implementation.
- 2Design and implement REST APIs with .NET and TypeScript, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- 3Optimize SQL Server queries, write stored procedures, and refine database schemas for sub-second response times.
- 4Set up and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for build, test, and deployment, ensuring zero-downtime releases.
- 5Write unit and integration tests with xUnit and Jasmine or Karma to maintain 90% code coverage.
- 6Collaborate with product managers to break down requirements into sprint-sized deliverables.
- 7Debug production issues by tracing logs and analyzing SQL Server execution plans.
- 8Ship a critical feature within the first 90 days, from database migration to live deployment.
Requirements6
- 15+ years of hands-on experience with C# and ASP.NET Core building enterprise applications.
- 23+ years developing front-end applications with Angular and TypeScript, including component architecture and state management.
- 3Proficiency in REST API design, including authentication, versioning, and OpenAPI documentation.
- 4Advanced SQL Server skills: query tuning, index design, and stored procedure development.
- 5Experience with Azure DevOps for source control (Git), work item tracking, and CI/CD pipeline creation.
- 6Strong testing background using xUnit and Moq for unit tests and Playwright for end-to-end tests.
