Overview
We seek a passionate Primary Lead Montessori Teacher to lead a classroom for children aged 3 to 5 years. The teacher creates a child-centered environment that promotes independence and fosters a love of learning. This role involves observing guiding supporting each child's developmental journey while maintaining a collaborative atmosphere.
What You'll Do12
- 1Organize and maintain a dynamic classroom environment using Montessori materials aligned with developmental needs.
- 2Introduce lessons across Practical Life Sensorial Mathematics Language and Cultural Studies areas.
- 3Provide individualized guidance through group and one-on-one instruction to support unique learning styles.
- 4Plan lessons following Montessori principles and the Palm Grove curriculum.
- 5Use NAMC resources to develop engaging developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
- 6Deliver face-to-name checks hourly and during transitions.
- 7Maintain daily progress records observations and child portfolios.
- 8Ensure compliance with Texas state regulations and classroom ratios.
- 9Communicate effectively with parents via daily updates quarterly conferences and newsletters.
- 10Mentor assistant teachers to foster a cohesive teaching team.
- 11Participate in Montessori workshops and professional development opportunities.
- 12Rotate classroom materials seasonally to support thematic learning.
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in educational settings
- 3CPC Card certification
- 4BCBA credential
- 5AWS Certified knowledge
- 65+ years designing scalable data solutions
- 73-5 seasons managing complex projects
- 8AWS Certified infrastructure expertise
- 95+ years implementing cloud strategies
- 103-5 seasons overseeing technical teams
