Overview
Mold remediation workers will operate onsite in homes and businesses, handling mold remediation, water mitigation, demolition, and restoration tasks at scale. You will join our expanding Mold Division and contribute to a team that values quality workmanship and customer care. The role emphasizes independence, attention to detail, and ownership of responsibilities within established procedures. This position offers growth opportunities as our Mold Division expands.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and follow remediation protocols to restore property and confidence for customers

- 3Assist with water mitigation and demolition tasks as part of the remediation process
- 4Maintain professional customer interactions and safe work practices in homes and businesses
- 5Support the Mold Division growth through reliable attendance and accountability to assigned duties
Requirements5
- 1Current Texas MRW registration preferred
- 2IICRC WRT and/or ASD certification a major plus
- 3Experience in mold remediation, water mitigation, demolition, or restoration preferred
- 4Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- 5Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
