What You'll Do9
- 1Build trusting relationships with pet families in their homes to deliver compassionate end-of-life care
- 2Provide in-home euthanasia and hospice services with a focus on comfort and dignity
- 3Design and document quality-of-life assessments and care plans for pets across client homes
- 4Deliver family support and education during the end-of-life journey and aftercare
- 5Collaborate with a supportive team to maintain unhurried appointments and high-quality care
- 6Maintain accurate medical records and case notes in a mobile setting
- 7Ensure compliance with safety, anesthesia, and veterinary medical standards in the field
- 8Participate in mentorship and ongoing professional development opportunities
- 9Drive compassionate communication and patient welfare across diverse households
Requirements8
- 1DVM/VMD/BVMS degree from an accredited institution
- 2Valid Driver’s License
- 3Ability to Work Independently in a Mobile Environment
- 4Weekend Availability (Rotational)
- 5Ability to Lift up to 50 lbs Unassisted
- 6Passionate about end-of-life care and family-centered support
- 7Experience in in-home veterinary services or mobile practice preferred
- 8Commitment to fear-free and compassionate care
