Merchandising Service Associate, Retail Displays
Overview
You own the accuracy of signage, pricing, and product displays in a Lowe's store, directly supporting a seamless shopping experience. You execute merchandising resets, verify buyback items, and stage clearance products to drive add-on sales. You collaborate with the Merchandising Services Team and store leadership to keep every shelf shoppable. This role offers a set weekday schedule, tuition assistance, and a clear path to grow within Lowe's.
What You'll Do8
- 1Execute merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs, submitting proof of completion for each task
- 2Pull and prep buyback items for shipping, verifying accurate counts and condition
- 3Update wayfinding and product location signage throughout the store, including digital maintenance
- 4Replace missing price labels to confirm every product's price is visible and correct
- 5Stage clearance products in high-traffic areas and sort inventory to proper locations
- 6Repair or replace damaged signage, merchandise, and displays to keep the store customer-ready
- 7Communicate project priorities and schedule updates to the Merchandising Services Team and Manager
- 8Analyze project metrics and share feedback on execution with store, market, and corporate leaders
Requirements6
- 11+ years performing merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up displays
- 21+ years operating power equipment such as lifts and order pickers
- 3Working knowledge of hand tools, drills, and saws
- 4Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- 5Use web-based computer programs to complete assigned tasks
- 6Sit and stand for long periods, lifting up to 25 lbs unassisted and 75 lbs with team assist
