Merchandising Associate - Lowe's Indianapolis
Overview
As a Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate, you own the execution of merchandising resets and service projects across the store, ensuring every display meets company standards. You will work with Lowe's merchandising systems and tools to verify pricing, signage, and product placement, directly impacting the customer's ability to find and purchase items. Collaborating with the Merchandising Services Team and store leadership, you maintain an accurate and inviting sales floor. This role offers a set weekday schedule and the chance to build skills in retail operations.
What You'll Do8
- 1Execute merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specifications, documenting completion for assigned tasks.
- 2Verify and process buyback items, pulling, prepping, and staging them for shipment.
- 3Update and validate wayfinding and product location signage, including digital systems, throughout the store.
- 4Audit product pricing labels, replacing missing or incorrect tags to maintain accuracy.
- 5Stage clearance products and arrange displays to drive add-on sales, following planograms.
- 6Repair or replace damaged signage, merchandise, and displays to maintain store standards.
- 7Communicate project priorities, schedules, and needs with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
- 8Analyze project metrics and provide feedback to store, market, and corporate leaders.
Requirements9
- 1Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
- 2Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
- 3Proficiency in using web-based computer programs for assigned tasks.
- 4Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.
- 5Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted, or over 25 lbs with accommodation.
- 6Lowe's sales floor experience preferred.
- 7Experience with merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and building displays.
- 8Experience operating power equipment such as lifts and order pickers.
- 9Working knowledge of hand tools, drills, saws, and similar equipment.
