What You'll Do8
- 1Execute timely and secure delivery of memorial packages to clients locations with proper communication to families of arrival
- 2Demonstrate consistent reliability in meeting delivery commitments and providing proper notification to the team after each arrival
- 3Follow safety procedures by adhering to traffic laws
- 4Interact with clients compassionately when delivering emotionally sensitive packages
- 5Maintain presentable appearance including grooming and hygiene standards
- 6Ensure company vehicle is clean and properly maintained
- 7Provide exceptional customer service to grieving pet owners
- 8Report delivery challenges promptly to the team
