- 6Ensure refrigeration compliance using Spark monitoring tools
- 7Conduct phlebotomy and injection administration under supervision
- 8Train new hires on clinical documentation practices
- 9Collaborate with providers to streamline examination processes
- 10Track inventory levels and restock exam rooms according to Airflow schedules
- 11Document all patient interactions in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements11
- 15+ years managing medical assistant duties
- 23-5 seasons of healthcare experience preferred
- 3Certification in CPC Card recommended
- 4Proficiency in SQL database management
- 5Understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements
- 6Ability to multitask in high-volume clinical settings
- 7Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- 8Familiarity with EHR systems
- 9Knowledge of clinical coding standards
- 10Bilingual English/Spanish experience beneficial
- 11Physical stamina for standing during extended shifts
