What You'll Do8
- 1Escort patients to exam rooms and treatment areas to support efficient visits
- 2Record vital signs, height, weight, allergies, and medication updates to maintain accurate records
- 3Prepare and stock exam rooms and maintain clinical supplies to ready spaces for provider appointments
- 4Assist providers during exams and procedures by documenting findings and supporting workflow
- 5Answer incoming calls and route messages to ensure timely communication
- 6Process prescription refill requests and perform patient follow-up calls as directed
- 7Notify providers of cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows to minimize disruptions
- 8Support front office operations including reception, scheduling, filing, faxing, chart preparation, and other administrative duties
Requirements10
- 1Previous Medical Assistant experience required
- 2Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required
- 3Strong customer service and communication skills
- 4Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
