What You'll Do11
- 1Build and design nursing service procedures using Python and React
- 2Lead teams to scale operations between $37-$48
- 3Own daily census reporting and submit to Business Office
- 4Administer medications and verify resident identities
- 5Coordinate Medicare and Medicaid coverage processes
- 6Direct nursing assistants per facility regulations
- 7Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual
- 8Participate in quality assurance programs
- 9Handle incident reports and document accidents
- 10Develop training programs and mentor staff
- 11Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and policies
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Current LPN/LVN license with active status
- 3Proficiency in CPC Card and BCBA certifications
- 4Experience with AWS infrastructure
- 5Strong mathematical skills for calculations and ratios
- 6Ability to make independent decisions in high-pressure situations
- 7Knowledge of infection control and sanitation protocols
- 8Physical ability to lift 25 pounds over 5 feet
- 9Experience with PCC preferred
- 10Ability to read technical procedures and policies
- 11Commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care
