What You'll Do8
- 1Deliver therapeutic massage through a variety of modalities, including Prenatal, Sports, and Stretching Techniques.
- 2Maintain service rooms to The NOW's standards, ensuring cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.
- 3Build a steady clientele with a 95% daily booking rate, providing consistent, high-quality care.
- 4Adapt massage techniques to meet individual guest needs and preferences.
- 5Ensure the physical safety and comfort of guests during all sessions.
- 6Partner with team members to create a positive, supportive environment.
- 7Manage time effectively to accommodate a full schedule of appointments.
- 8Uphold The NOW's brand values of presence, kindness, and authenticity.
Requirements8
- 1CAMTC certification required, presented during interview and maintained throughout employment.
- 2Knowledge of Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue Massage.
- 3Knowledge of additional modalities, such as Prenatal, Sports, or Stretching Techniques.
- 4Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with at least one PM shift and one weekend shift.
- 5Physical stamina to stand and move for up to 6 hours per shift.
- 6Manual dexterity to perform massage protocols and use equipment.
- 7Excellent guest service skills and a positive attitude.
- 8Dedication to the benefits of massage therapy.
