What You'll Do9
- 1Prepare manufacturing and quality control records for scheduled media production
- 2Verify auto-calculated lot numbers ingredient quantities and mixing volumes
- 3Measure and mix ingredients according to work instructions and document each step
- 4Operate equipment for anaerobic media preparation including autoclaves and reactors
- 5Return components to storage and clean production areas following procedures
- 6Administer inventory and procurement activities in NetSuite
- 7Help prevent material shortages and identify cost reduction opportunities
- 8Follow sterile technique and safety requirements including ISO and GMP practices
- 9Escalate complex production issues to the Operations Manager
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor’s degree in a life science field with relevant laboratory experience
- 2Basic chemistry and mathematics knowledge for accurate measurement
- 3Ability to follow detailed written work instructions
- 4Knowledge of sterile technique and handling practices
- 5Proficiency with NetSuite or other ERP systems
- 6Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- 7Ability to lift 15-35 pounds and move supplies up to 100 pounds
- 8Willingness to stand for two hours and wear required personal protective equipment
