What You'll Do11
- 1Work with the Operations team to adjust processes daily based on KPI data
- 2Lead large technical improvement projects from concept to completion
- 3Collaborate on plant layout designs to maximize facility utilization and efficiency
- 4Apply lean principles to reduce setup times using SMED techniques
- 5Investigate and integrate IoT technologies for automated product manufacturing
- 6Create and update work routers and bills of materials
- 7Implement digital factory workflow across all organizational units
- 8Utilize Syteline ERP to analyze manufacturing metrics and drive decisions
- 9Document standard work instructions and conduct value stream mapping
- 10Facilitate kaizen events and guide teams through process changes
- 11Mentor staff while managing resistance during transformation initiatives
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline
- 22+ years manufacturing operations engineering experience
- 3Proficiency with CNC programming and manual machining
- 4Experience creating work routers and bills of material
- 5Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma certification preferred
