Overview
You will own the AI Next Frontiers roadmap for Marketing and Field Engagement, scaling Generative AI and Agentic AI across the US Pharmaceutical commercial organization. You lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and designers to ship production-ready AI solutions integrated into Engagement.AI (WithMe CRM and Connext). This role is a key leadership position shaping the future of HCP engagement and commercial innovation within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division. You will drive measurable business growth, efficiency, and innovation by translating complex stakeholder needs into scalable AI products.
What You'll Do8
- 1Lead end-to-end AI product development across Marketing and Field Engagement, from ideation to deployment, using Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- 2Translate business needs from Marketing, Field Engagement, and Commercial Excellence into scalable AI solutions and product opportunities.
- 3Partner with data science, engineering, and design teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions integrated into Engagement.AI (WithMe CRM and Connext).
- 4Evaluate and manage external AI vendors, platforms, and strategic partnerships to enhance commercial AI capabilities.
- 5Establish best practices for AI product development, experimentation, and scaling across the commercial organization.
- 6Ensure all AI initiatives align with regulatory, privacy, ethical, and MLR standards.
- 7Champion adoption of AI capabilities across Marketing and Field Engagement teams, fostering a culture of innovation.
- 8Build and maintain a roadmap for AI Next Frontiers, prioritizing high-impact initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.
Requirements10
- 1PhD or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
- 25+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or advanced analytics.
- 3Demonstrated experience leading AI-driven transformation in marketing, omnichannel engagement, or CRM.
- 4Strong expertise in Generative AI (LLMs), Agentic AI, NLP, and machine learning.
- 5Hands-on experience with LLM applications, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, or AI agents.
- 6Ability to translate complex business needs into AI product strategies and scalable solutions.
- 7Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across business and technical domains.
- 8Experience evaluating or working with external AI vendors and enterprise AI platforms.
- 9Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills for executive audiences.
- 10Pharma, healthcare, or regulated industry experience preferred.
