Overview
This remote role puts your consulting expertise to work behind the scenes of AI development. You’ll partner with a leading AI research organization to evaluate how well AI systems handle real-world consulting tasks—not by producing deliverables, but by defining what top-tier work looks like. You’ll design grading rubrics, score sample outputs, and provide written justifications that help train and calibrate AI models. What You'll Do4
- 1Create detailed, task-specific rubrics for evaluating consulting deliverables such as market analyses, strategic recommendations, financial models, client-ready presentations, and implementation roadmaps.
- 2Score both AI-generated and human-produced work samples against those rubrics, attaching clear, evidence-based written rationale to every rating.
- 3Maintain consistent and objective judgment so that scores remain reproducible and defensible across different reviewers.
- 4Quickly incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers to refine your scoring approach and improve accuracy.
Requirements5
- 1At least 5 years of professional experience in management consulting.
- 2Background at a top-tier strategy firm such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent.
- 3Strong command of structured problem-solving, market sizing, financial modeling, business case development, and executive-level slide communication.
- 4Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
- 5Comfortable having your work reviewed and calibrated against peers; prior experience with AI training, evaluation, or human-in-the-loop data projects is a plus.
