Overview
Own the lubrication stop and fuel upsell within a busy car wash service. You will evaluate needs, perform oil changes, top off fluids, and inspect for maintenance opportunities at scale across multiple bays. You will build relationships with customers, ensure safety, and adapt to changing weather conditions and high volume tasks. This role blends hands-on automotive work with proactive sales and service excellence.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build oil changes and fluid top-offs with oil changes and fluid top-offs to meet safety and service standards
- 2Inspect vehicles to determine maintenance and repair needs and communicate findings to customers
- 3Replace different types of filters and complete work orders accurately
- 4Drive upsell opportunities by communicating enhancements to customers and increasing service revenue
- 5Follow safety protocols in a fast-paced shop environment and coordinate tasks with customers and team
