Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in education from accredited institution
- 2Maryland state teaching certification
- 3Experience with MCPS curriculum and TPGS standards
- 4Understanding of SEIU professional growth systems
- 5Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 6Ability to work independently and as part of team
- 7Physical stamina for full-day teaching schedule
- 8Knowledge of student assessment techniques
- 9Experience with classroom management strategies
