Overview
The Loaner Desk Agents/Service BDC at Subaru of Sterling will own check in/out of loaner vehicles and ensure efficient loaner processes. This full-time onsite contract role requires Saturday availability and reports to the Service Manager. Candidates will support a fast-paced team-oriented environment while receiving training and growth opportunities.
What You'll Do8
- 1Assure proper check in/out of loaner vehicles upon client departure/return
- 2Assess loaners for mileage damage fuel level and cleanliness
- 3Remind clients to remove personal belongings before loaner handoff
- 4Maintain efficient loaner check in/out process with consistent service drive flow
- 5Assist in preparing new loaner units and retiring expired ones
- 6Convert internet leads to appointments and sales
- 7Provide outstanding client follow up
- 8Follow company policies for handling vehicle documentation
Requirements9
- 1High school graduate or equivalent with minimum 18 years experience
- 2Strong communication skills verbal and written
- 3Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency
- 4Highly organized with attention to detail
- 5Customer-focused attitude
- 6Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- 7Experience with vehicle loan management systems
