What You'll Do11
- 1Develops and implements strategies satisfying customer needs through full product offerings
- 2Coordinates business flow using judgment and discretion
- 3Acts as liaison between customers and internal departments
- 4Verifies and inputs mortgage application information
- 5Discusses loan options and reviews applications for completeness
- 6Informs supervisors of title or survey discrepancies
- 7Performs additional duties as assigned
- 8Ensures adherence to licensing and regulatory standards
- 9Handles complex service and credit decisions independently
- 10Maintains confidentiality while solving detailed issues
- 11Travels to meet clients as needed
Requirements5
- 1Current valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing
- 2Two to five years experience preferred
- 3Option A: Actively fund more than two loans per month
- 4Option B: Complete Xinnix Training for loan origination
- 5Option C: Have assigned mentor who funds over two loans monthly
