What You'll Do11
- 1Assist Loan Officer with daily loan production and client communication
- 2Communicate with borrowers Realtors lenders title companies and partners
- 3Answer phone calls and provide timely follow-up
- 4Collect organize and follow up on loan documentation
- 5Monitor deadlines and ensure tasks are completed on time
- 6Maintain organized loan files and move them forward efficiently
- 7Provide updates and next steps to clients
- 8Identify potential issues and communicate proactively
- 9Keep Loan Officer organized and focused on production
- 10Take ownership of assigned tasks without constant reminders
- 11Help keep process organized and moving forward
Requirements4
- 1Dependent punctual highly organized comfortable on phone customer-service minded positive detail-oriented proactive accountable team player
- 2Comfortable managing multiple priorities deadlines working in fast-paced environment frequent phone and email communication following up with clients and third parties handling challenging clients professionally learning mortgage processes and systems handling confidential information working independently communicating with team adjusting priorities when urgent issues arise
- 3Previous experience in mortgage lending real estate banking or customer-service administrative roles bilingual English Spanish preferred ability to learn mortgage systems quickly previous experience with confidential information
- 4Long-term opportunity seeking growth within expanding mortgage team not viewing position as stepping stone
