What You'll Do7
- 1Provide in-person therapy for adults and couples
- 2Conduct relationship-focused sessions addressing communication conflict resolution intimacy and trust
- 3Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- 4Maintain timely accurate and compliant documentation within 48 hours
- 5Provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate
- 6Collaborate with the team for consultation and support
- 7Utilize evidence-based approaches such as Gottman EFT or CBT
Requirements7
- 1Master’s degree in Counseling Social Work or related field
- 2Active Illinois license as an LCPC or LCSW
- 3Experience or strong interest in couples relationship therapy
- 4Comfortable working with adult populations
- 5Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 6Ability to work independently and maintain a consistent in-person schedule
- 7Experience with EHR systems like SimplePractice
