What You'll Do9
- 1Design and build ML models and components solving real world business problems
- 2Inform ML infrastructure decisions using knowledge of model choice training and validation
- 3Solve complex problems by writing and testing application code and automating deployment
- 4Collaborate in cross functional Agile teams to create state of the art big data applications
- 5Retrain maintain and monitor models in production
- 6Leverage cloud based architectures to deliver optimized ML models at scale
- 7Construct optimized data pipelines to feed ML models
- 8Apply CI/CD best practices to ensure successful deployment of code and models
- 9Ensure code governance reduces vulnerabilities and aligns with responsible explainable AI principles
Requirements12
- 1Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years designing data intensive solutions using distributed computing
- 2At least 4 years programming with Python Scala or Java
- 3At least 2 years building scaling and optimizing ML systems
- 4Master’s or doctoral degree in relevant field
- 53+ years experience building production ready data pipelines for ML
- 63+ years on job experience with scikit learn PyTorch Dask Spark or TensorFlow
- 72+ years developing performant resilient maintainable code
- 82+ years data gathering and preparation for ML models
- 92+ years people leadership experience leading ML teams
- 101+ years leading teams developing ML solutions using industry best practices
- 11Experience deploying ML solutions in public cloud such as AWS Azure or GCP
- 12Exposure to conference presentations papers blog posts or patents demonstrating ML impact
