What You'll Do11
- 1Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum focusing on motor skills social interaction and sensory awareness
- 2Monitor infant development and report milestones and potential delays
- 3Change diapers and assist with potty training while maintaining strict hygiene standards
- 4Feed infants according to parent-provided schedules and dietary guidelines
- 5Ensure classroom safety by adhering to emergency procedures and maintaining a clean environment
- 6Communicate regularly with families about infant progress and needs
- 7Administer first aid and manage medical emergencies effectively
- 8Attend professional development workshops to enhance teaching skills
- 9Collaborate with teaching team to achieve organizational goals
- 10Maintain compliance with KDHE licensing requirements and background checks

Requirements10
- 15+ years teaching experience in licensed childcare programs
- 26 months hands-on experience with infants in a regulated setting
- 3AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification preferred
- 4CPC Card credential required for leadership roles
- 5BCBA certification valued for behavioral support expertise
- 6Current health assessment with negative TB reading
- 7Valid first aid and CPR certifications
- 8High school diploma or GED
- 9Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 10Strong communication skills for family engagement
