Overview
You'll design and build an AI-powered compliance screening platform that analyzes watchlist data at enterprise scale. You'll lead a small team of engineers, own the full ML lifecycle from data pipelines to model deployment, and drive architectural decisions. What You'll Do8
- 1Design and architect the AI/ML platform for compliance screening, including data ingestion, processing, and model serving.
- 2Lead a team of 3-5 engineers, setting technical direction and reviewing code for quality and performance.
- 3Build and deploy machine learning models for entity resolution and risk scoring using Python and TensorFlow.
- 4Develop scalable data pipelines using Spark and Kafka to process millions of records daily.
- 5Implement CI/CD pipelines for model deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
- 6Collaborate with compliance officers to translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
- 7Optimize model inference latency to meet sub-second response times for real-time screening.
- 8Drive the adoption of MLOps best practices, including monitoring, retraining, and versioning.
Requirements7
- 18+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML systems.
- 23+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
- 3Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- 4Hands-on experience with big data technologies like Spark and Kafka.
- 5Experience deploying models using Docker and Kubernetes.
- 6Proven track record of building compliance, risk, or fraud detection systems.
- 7Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
