Landscape Crew Member – Maintenance & Construction

Landscape Renovation Crew Member supports installation and improvement projects across commercial properties in Portland, Oregon. You transform outdoor spaces through landscape construction, planting, and hardscape installation. No experience required, training provided. This role suits someone who enjoys physical outdoor work and learning from experienced Crew Leaders.

You will own the full build-out of outdoor living spaces, from tearing out old hardscape and softscape to installing new patios, retaining walls, irrigation, and turf. Our Skidsteers, Mini Excavators, and trenchers cut the heavy work, but your hands shape the final product. Join a crew that takes pride in turning backyards into retreats, and we'll train you on the finer points of paver installation and flagstone work. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Maintenance Project Manager to lead our landscaping team in delivering high-quality outdoor maintenance services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of landscape maintenance, and hands-on experience in turf care, plans/shrubs, irrigation, and horticulture. This role involves supervising daily operations, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. This is a hands on position. Working Hours: In part of this position you will be required to be the first person on site (Approx 5:45AM and last one to leave Approx 3pm). Depending on workload occasional weekend work may also be needed. License and/or Certificate Possession of a valid Class C California State Driver's License is required, with a clean driving background, no prior DWIs, Reckless, etc. Possession of Qualified Applicators License Certification in Category B - Landscape Maintenance or be able to obtain within first 90 days of employment. Able to use Office 365 products, such as outlook, excel, word, etc.

You will lead construction crews on high-end landscape projects in San Francisco, owning field execution from planning to punch lists. You'll coordinate with Project Managers, mentor new hires, and enforce safety and quality standards on every job site. This role stands out because it combines leadership, hands-on construction, and client communication, with 4+ years of experience required. You'll be the key link between the office and field, using smartphone and computer tools for reporting.

Own and execute daily landscaping operations at a high volume location. Manage equipment usage and vehicle loading tasks. This role differs by focusing on hands-on field work without administrative duties. Expect fast-paced outdoor environment.

Own grounds upkeep and landscape design for residential and commercial properties across Brooklyn. Join a crew of 5-10 landscapers, reporting to the site supervisor. This role combines equipment operation with planting and irrigation, offering hands-on work in sustainable practices. You own the quality of each outdoor space from first cut to final cleanup.
